Ticket purchases cancelled more than 7 days before the event will receive a full refund. Ticket purchases cancelled less than 7 days before the event will receive no refund.
The organisers have never cancelled an event because of the weather and would only do so if attendance was not safe. If the event was cancelled for safety reasons a full refund would be offered.
Attendees are not permitted to bring their own drinks. The event is a fund raiser for maintenance of the wood, therefore we need you to support our bar.
